A typical project for us works like this:
Step 1 - Scoping
We spend some time talking with you, understanding your business and your current processes. This is largely focused on the financial side of your business but does tend to dip into other areas too. We’ll find out what you need in your business whether Xero along with some apps will address that for you. Want to go ahead with our suggested set up? Head to step 2.
Step 2 - Implementation
This is the “doing” part. We’ll get Xero set up for you and then typically, we’ll take the data from your old accounting system and move it on to Xero. This is the timely part and we have worked hard to make sure our processes are Sllick and accurate. The idea is that you’ll then have historic data in Xero to look back on.
We’ll get any apps set up for you too and make sure they integrate with Xero ready to go live. We manage the whole process.
Training & Support
After everything is set up, we work with you and your team to make sure they are comfortable with their new systems and processes. This usually involves a few training sessions either over Zoom or in person as well as follow up support if you require through our dedicated ticketing system.
