The main driver for me was to get someone my own age actually, someone who was keen to help. I typically found through previous accountants that I had worked with that it was quite difficult to get advice or it was a slow process. I had been aware of Sllick and Nicole, in particular, for a while now but I didn’t really know what Sllick was about until I engaged with Nicole through other ventures. So the main driver was to basically have an accountant who was always at hand whenever I needed questions answered but also for them to help with tax planning and forecasting for my business.

A lot of it was down to the connection I had to Nicole, she was very like-minded to myself and I knew how driven she was, not just within Sllick but also other ventures. When she pitched me Sllick, it was clear that it was exactly what I was looking for with the support and availability. I also really liked their modern way of working with the apps and technology, it would help free up a lot of my time by utilising that, so that was a big factor into it as well.

Very satisfied, everything is very automated and systemised. As I mentioned, my main reason for working with Sllick was to free up some time and without a doubt, Sllick’s offerings and way of working gives me that, with the additional accounting support. So yes, I am very satisfied and I can see this being a long-term relationship for sure.
