Pre-Sllick, we would’ve been printing out invoices upon invoices, but they’ve got us into HubDoc and just made everything run so much smoother. Our business was growing so quick that our old way of working was just not keeping up at all.
We were very satisfied with the comprehensive way in which Sllick were able to help with not just our finances but our business. They were essentially able to help us the most with streamlining our business. We went from paper invoices and paper job sheets, which we issued to our service team, to digital. We’ve got iPads for our service team employees now and we’re set up with ServiceM8, which is field service software so we can issue jobs to our team quickly, track where they’re at, their movements, and issue materials and invoices right on the job. This way, the team can add their materials to the job they’re working on, which helps a lot by eliminating all of the paperwork we had to do before.
Nicole also fully set us up with iPads, she got everything sorted for us.
